JWHA is an association created to provide a means of maintaining the common areas, including landscaping & signs at the two entrances, sidewalk areas, etc. JWHA provides a common voice in dealing with the City/County on neighborhood issues, organizes the periodic pickup of yard debris, and coordinates other activities as needed. The architectural review committee oversees adherence to the Protective Covenants related to exterior building materials. Annual dues are $55 billed in October.
